Our practice utilizes a direct-care model to personalize your care. This means that we do not accept insurance payments and we do not bill insurance. This model improves the care we can provide by removing the “middle man” (i.e. insurance companies) from the relationship between the patient and provider. We are able to spend more time and have direct communications with our patients.

Payment Policy

Our policy is payment at the time of service by debit/ credit card, check or cash to obtain one-on-one, high quality, direct-care from our Providers. Your visits may also be partially covered by your insurance provider as out-of-network medical care. At your request, we provide you with an invoice to submit for insurance reimbursement.
